3 ways to wind-down that don’t suck.

We talk a lot about morning routines, but what about night routines?

A good night routine isn’t just about putting your phone away; it’s closing the loops of the day.

When the sun sets, it’s all about unwinding and getting ready for some sleep.

This time can be perfect for reflecting on the day and clearing your head for a better night’s rest.

Here are a few ideas to help with your night routine:

✅ Write down your worries.

Seriously, it can help to get those thoughts out of your head and onto paper. It’s like giving your mind some space to chill.

✅ Stretch, breathe, or read.

A few gentle stretches can help shake off the day’s tension. Deep breathing is great for winding down, too. And picking up a good book, especially something uplifting, can really shift your mindset before hitting the hay.

Remind yourself.

You did enough today. It’s key to recognize what you achieved, no matter how small. This little boost can really help with those feelings of “I should’ve done more” that can creep in at night.

Starting these habits might feel awkward at first, but I’m planning to give it a shot more often. Wanna join me?

What’s one way you wind down? I’d love to hear your tips or experiences to help us all improve our routines!
